Storm Damage – Columbus

Storm Damage at this Columbus medical facility took place when large portions of roofing were torn from the building during a tremendous thunderstorm. The resulting flood damage can be seen in the before photo. The before photo shows the flood damage suffered by the facility. We were called while the storm was still active to attempt to place tarps on the roofing damage to stop the influx of rainwater. However, the high winds kept tearing more sections of roof and the tarps away from the roof. We employed commercial water extraction equipment to clean up the standing water. Once the storm had subsided, we arranged for roofing repair and began the interior cleanup. We tore out building materials that had become too saturated to restore.
